Often we find our bodies out of alignment from a number of different factors: physical activities, injuries, and how we handle (or don’t handle) stress. My goal is to help you rediscover a sense of balance through massage and other bodywork customized to meet your particular needs. I combine therapeutic modalities (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, etc.) that assist in allowing your body to regenerate and heal naturally.
Education I am a graduate of the Nevada School of Massage Therapy’s 815.5 hr. Professional Massage Therapy Program and have been in practice for seven years. My training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue and Russian Sports Massage along with Shiatsu, Pre/Post Natal massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. I also hold advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I am a Nationally Certified and Texas State Licensed Massage Therapist. In 2006, I completed the 200 hour Yoga teacher training program at YogaYoga in Austin and am currently in training for an advanced Hatha Yoga certification. Prior to my massage and yoga schooling, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
