I’m Liliana Damron, APRN, FNP-BC, founder of Viva Wellness Co. Before starting Viva, I spent more than six years specializing in geriatric medicine, caring for people whose strength, independence, and quality of life had been eroded by metabolic dysfunction and chronic disease—often decades in the making.
I wanted to practice on the other side of that story: catching problems earlier, building strength intentionally, and helping people feel like themselves for as many years as possible.
